If you didn't bring it up so much it'd seem less critical and more like a suggestion, but when you harp on the subject every time you get a chance it becomes an annoyance. **DD vigorously typing private e-mail to David apologizing and promising not to bring the subject up again**
True, I can see that. Perhaps if Clutch came in and said...."Hey, I like it the way it is" etc, the subject would drop. I am wired to try to help improve things. I care about this site, a lot, and would like it to be even better. It has changed a ton since it was first started, some for the better, some not so much, and I would like this site to stay as the best bball site on the planet, and as such, make suggestions. I don't do it out of malice, or (shockingly to some) out of attention, I do it because I care. I guess I squeezed too hard and the Teddy Bears head popped off....dang me !! DD
I saw Clutch's post before looking to see who he quoted and it scared me for a second. I'd like to keep my streak of never getting a beatdown from a moderator intact.

For a message board devoted to discussing sports, the level of venom is surprisingly low. If the rep system plays a small part in that, it's reason enough to keep it.
Except that the Hangout and D&D are pretty popular forums too, so it isn't really "devoted" to sports. Plenty of venom in the D&D also
That statement about had Clutch responded earlier is so ironic to this thread it is not really even funny. (btw,,,trust me, your quote above is pretty insulting.) Let's recap: You recharged a Clutch feedback announcement thread to give feedback. Your feedback was that people should know when neggars occur so they can learn from your mistakes. Then you made another mistake here. You failed to realize that if you post feedback to Clutch and he doesn't respond, most people view that as he heard you but is too busy. Then you proceeded to defend your wish to highlight neggars feedback by saying you don't want to burden Clutch and it is his decision. Then you repeated again and again. You burdened Clutch to respond to you. You achieved that. And you got the so cool, ultimate neggar as response. But yet, contrary to your purpose of recharging this feedback thread, you won't tell others what you did wrong so they won't make the same mistake. So wildly ironic but predictable. dude...you made a mistake in a thread where you told Clutch he needs a better system so others can learn from your mistakes, then he historically neggared you for it, yet you are not telling others right here and right now what your mistake this time was. Should we make your posts in this thread throbbing pink?
