If I would have known about this 25 years ago, I would have bought a one-way ticket to Japan. Flirt with women, drink for free and get paid for it? Sounds like a dream job. I don't care how 'terrible' it looks in that video, sounds ****ing amazing. Think they have host clubs that hire middle-aged Gaijin?
Very cool! Given how some of the reviews went, I didn't want to get into something that just *stopped* with no conclusion. Now I will watch.
So glad they will answer some of the questions left open in season 1. It was a baffling way to leave things for the audience.
Finally finished. So slowwwww. But good. Surprised it didn't have a more substantial ending though. I was assuming this cast of "bad guys" would be one-and-done, then onto a new set of bad guys in S2 and so on.
I think I fell asleep at some point in episode 1 and never went back to watch it again. Guess I'll give it another shot.
I'm gonna have to refresh the ending of season 1. I remember being a little confused with how suddenly it ended, but I don't remember everything that was going on. I'll probably watch this, though.
Yeah it took me a GOOD 8 or 9 months to get through it. It was SLOW and not as beautifully shot as expected. I could see myself watching S2. Or not. It's like.... the worst show I'd watch. Absolute last on my power rankings.
After She-Hulk and Secret Invasion there is no way I can claim this show is the worst I've ever watched. Maybe bottom 3rd, but not straight up last.
I meant worst show I would WATCH. I would not watch Secret Invasion again. But you don't know how bad something is until you watch. The last tick on my meter would be Tokyo Vice. I'll accept and watch it. But that's the last line of defense in my power rankings.
