    He won. Deal with it.

Or get the votes to kick him out.

Of course. The whole point of firing him in the most disgraceful way possible is to make a public example out of him in order to strike fear into anyone else who would dare cross the supreme leader.

Where do Trump fans think this is going? You guys do realize Trump wants to be a dictator right? You really aren’t that stupid are you guys?

He wasn't fired, was he? I thought he was re-assigned. I suppose it's sort of semantics but there was no realistic way he could stay in that position and work for Trump.

He also apologized to us, the American people, hard to compare the two in that regard.

He has been working there for the last several months. Why did Trump just now get around to firing him?

He was escorted by security off the premises. Not only that, they also fired his brother, who was rounded up and they were escorted out together. FYI - his brother never testified.

Now that's how you retaliate against witnesses!

Getting escorted out of the building isn’t exactly a sign of a budding career within an organization. He cannot be discharged from the military for not breaking the law in answering a subpoena but he was fired from his position within the NSA. There’s just no other way of looking at it as anything else other than a public firing in disgrace to make an example out of him.

To your last point I’m not sure anyone in the NSA can continue to work with Trump. How can you trust that any directive is in the nations interest and not potentially an illegal scheme that will end up getting you called in front of congress or in front of a special prosecutor during the next administration when the Trump criminality is investigated??

Why would anyone want to work with the White House? Name one person who hasn’t came out of that place under Trump with grace and zero chance of being a witness to criminality.

That headline is actually not supported by the tweets it cited. The tweet mentions a number of issues with that employee and doesn't actually state it was retaliation, even if it appears that way. Essentially it's an unsubstantiated claim based on the writer's feelings and suspicions, which is basically every newspaper these days so nothing new.

Also don't be shocked when you have to take a walk after trying to bite the hand that feeds you. Anyone who thinks this guy is gonna' not get smacked down is fooling themselves. While it's something that is obvious, it's still not supported by the tweet, from a legal stand point.

I realllllly hope this guy sues so he can get his ass handed to him in court because there is no case.

How do you feel about Marie Yavonavich sueing the government over their treatment of her during her ouster? I mean they literally had goons stalking her and the president making mob like references that could have easily been interpreted as an order to kill her. If that one goon who was monitoring her heard Trumps order to “take her out” is there anyone who thinks that drunk moron former landscaper turned Trump goon might do something stupid? I tend to think she’s got a pretty strong case and the evidence could be much more likely to come out in that court battle than the house impeachment case.

Why don't you give the full quote? Here:

"Get rid of her!" is what the voice that appears to be Trump’s is heard saying. "Get her out tomorrow. I don't care. Get her out tomorrow. Take her out. OK? Do it."

He just said get her out, synonymous with take her out, which is what he was referring to. As in remove her. That is not hit order. But media cut that selectively and you are not helping by spreading half truths that suit your needs. You can use your imagination to make it that way, but you are stretching it when he was clearly calling to remove her several times in that sentence. Nothing about violence. I don't see why he would have her hit and that makes no sense. He's not a Clinton mate.

The more people do this lying, and pumping up things he said that are not really that interesting, the less people trust the media and people like yourself. Please do homework before you share BS like this and at least give full quotes to balance your statements.
