I vote we do a league excursion and draft in person on a highrise or beach or something then get strippers.

I like how you're thinking though.

If there are any more open spots open, I'm interested in playing this year.

Looks like Longhorn and Smeg are the only ones left to join again.

Sorry guys, been on vacation, now I am back. The only one I think we are waiting on is Smeg to confirm whether or not he will be back, everyone else is in.

We will be switching sites, it does not look like we will change any of the rules, however we do need to vote on whether or not we keep the keeper system and how we run it (majority). I will put that vote up soon, then we will get the draft order set up and get ready for the season. Probably start the draft sometime around the 19th-20th, regular 4hour slow draft on the BBS.

It looks like the majority do not want the keeper system. Do we really need another vote?

I'm not trying to make this difficult but if I could I would vote no to keepers this year but start over with keepers to begin next season.....

I count 6 votes against keepers, which is not a majority.

Either way, we need to stick with what we decide. The idea that we go keeper one year, no keeper the next, then back, is crazy.

I know how many people b****ed about the format last year, that's pretty much what my vote above was taking into consideration.

Like I said I'll go the easy way and that would probably be to vote yes and just keep with the style we've had and build on that.

    So my vote is yes.

Yeah, I forgot this was a 12 team league. Kept thinking it was 10.

That's ok, you were using Longhorn math.......:p:p:p

Well it looks like it is a 6-6 split, with a consensus of, "hey stupid commish, whatever you do, please keep it consistent each year, before we all kick your #$&@$!!!":grin::grin:

How would everyone feel of starting this season over fresh (with a re-draft), however this point forward making it a keeper league following the rules I mentioned on the first page, where it costs a corresponding draft pick the next year if you decide to keep them.....that way maybe this will make everyone happy and after all that is my job!!!

I went into the draft last year knowing it was a keeper league, so to me it doesn't really make sense to start all over again if we had already decided on keepers last season. My vote is to get to keep one player from our roster last season and lose the round they were picked in last year.

    In for re-draft.
