Yeah and micheal Jordan ate thanksgiving at my house and resigned with the bulls. Pictures or it didn’t happen. I have a video that he’s still fat. Smh. Where are these trolls coming from. Coming straight from the wood works.

Zion isn't fat, but he needs to lose some of that excessive muscle mass to have a long NBA career. There's a limit to how much stress you can put on human ligaments and joints. Especially when you're THAT explosive of an athlete.

My cousin's friend saw Zion in New Orleans last weekend and said he looked gaunt.

I agree with most of Barkley's points on Zion...

I didn't say Zion was fat. But he has too much muscle. He could get away with it if he played like Barkley, but Zion is more like a 300 pound MJ. Not sustainable.

Yeah we're in agreement -- the problem for Zion is he was a solid 285 at 18 years old -- dropping 20-30 pounds of muscle mass isn't going to be easy. I have no doubt they are working on it non-stop with nutritionists, trainers, etc.

I heard someone ran into Tilman at the Galleria and said Zion is looking like Tractor Traylor.

Look at Chandler Parsons. Gained 20lbs of muscle (and some fat) - and that was that. Career over.

I think he also got complacent. Didn't want to become the best he could.

He did have a strange walk. Strange enough to think there would be a GIF of it somewhere. Searched for it, but no luck.

Oh, I don't remember Steph having to be re-taught how to walk. I do know he had alot of strength training for his ankles.

Oden's probably was his legs weren't even lengthed or something like that.

I remember watching a Warriors game at some point where they talked about Currys ankle issues at the beginning of his career and how they had to re teach him how to run and jump because of the strain he was putting on his ankles unnecessarily.

I went through the same thing in high school. I was having knee pains my senior season and turned out it was a strain due to me walking on the sides of my feet more than normal. I can’t imagine how it affects these guys that are playing at the highest level day in and day out.

What was the process like to learn how to walk again? Was there PT involved? This is so interesting.
