Can anyone here create a reasonable deal for all teams involving Dampier to Denver, Brooks to Charlotte, and Anthony to Houston? I can't seem to get the damn ESPN trade machine to work.

 

I'd tend to agree. If you drop Smith, then you probably include Brooks in the deal, keep Martin.

So it would look something like: Billups + Carmelo for Brooks + Hill + Battier + Jeffries + 2012 NY pick + 3 million(buyout money?)

And the Kroenke's own the Rams(NFL), Nuggets(NBA), Avalanche(NHL)

I'm not sure Charlotte would trade Dampier's contract. Jordan has been cost cutting after becoming owner.

2011 Rockets first (rights to swap with Knicks) + 2012 Knicks first (top 5 protected) = Clippers 2011 first + 2012 Wolves first (unprotected)

With the picks, it truly depends on how good/bad the Knicks are.

I was just hoping someone could make a scenario based on what Hollinger tweeted. Not too sure on Charlotte's motives atm.

 

At the moment Trade machine works if proposed trade works. If it doesn't nothing shows up.

 

Maybe Hollinger's trade idea involves us getting Melo, Denver getting Dampier & Brooks, and Charlotte getting Billups. Of course fillers and picks would be needed to make it fair.
