That pulling on the neck was definitely intentional. Draymond is supposed to have anger problem and the league ordered him to go through counseling. But his actions look more like calculated dirty moves than out of control anger. Those talking heads in the media should call out the league for harboring this kind of stuff.

With all the talk about “the Rockets are coming,” the Warriors heard the talk and are playing with more a sense of urgency. They have an easier schedule. I wouldn’t be surprised if they win out.
