    ... but oh so hated.

THIS is reason why Silas adores Wood - HE LOVES PLAYERS WITH OFFENSIVE OPTIONALITY.

Wood believes in himself for sure.

Not a lot of bigs can self create and score EASILY from all 3 levels.

Wood is defensive liability as 5 but he is an offensive dynamo.

If only he could be protected defensively. o_O

    Thinking can be dangerous. :D

He can but prefers the high percentage shot, rim or 3.

He is a modern big after all.

    He's fine.

    Good, not great.

Id be happy to add a player of his caliber to this team when it is on its accent in 2-3 years.

I think BiasedHouston was going through his computer's wood/video capture folder and decided to upload them all today :D.

As much as folks dog on Wood. If we draft a Banchero, it'll take Paolo at least a couple years to get to where Wood is at right now. I think we should still trade Wood, but looking at this draft there so many bigs even in the teens, this might shrink Wood's market.

I'm guessing the Wood as a starting center experiment will be a failure at finding a star, but that Wood will be okay as a PF (or small ball center if opposing center is sitting) if he plays with a good defensive center. If the Rockets end up with Chet, I think they might try the Chet-Wood frontcourt.

Future looks bright when we sat his ass down, I'm fine getting rid of his "underrated ass".

Man sucks at defense, quit on the team and wants a max contract when he clearly doesn't deserves one. trade away

Forcing smaller guards to defend the likes of giannis and AD bc he's too scared to do it, is something I can't stand.

The problem is we are rebuilding team and Wood is somewhere between good and great. I'm hoping Portland wants to put him next Dame and resign him.

STOP BRINGING KNOWLEDGE TO THE SITE!! Don't know how long you've been a member but if you want to stay, do not say anything positive about C-Wood!

Good. He'll be a good trade asset this summer hopefully.

Offensively he is gifted at certain things. However he has some of the most tunnel vision I've seen in a NBA player. There is a reason why someone with such physical gifts in the NBA was undrafted and never played significant minutes until his mid 20s.

Dude also is always out of position, always in the way of our guards and doesn't know how to set screens. For a guy who shoots so well you would think he would create more spacing but due to his low bball IQ, he always is just....

    In the way.

He’s got talent for sure. Nobody is denying that. It’s his ME FIRST AND ME SECOND attitude that I don’t like. If there’s ever an empty stat player, it’s him.

TBH I believe Chet at some point will be able to do all of this plus elite defense and higher iq/decision making.

He is a net negative on both sides of the basketball.

    Talented, yes.

    Sucks balls, yes.

He needed James and Tucker to hide his ass.

    Let’s see… Jokic MVP - 1st round exit
Gobert Defensive MVP - 1st round exit

Wood as offensively talented as he is can’t get out his own way on offense and defense and would hold back the development of Green and others …

    Selfishly Talented
