Butler was the main playmaker and shot taker in the clutch. Without him who knows if they would even win the first round. Unless Simmons improves tremendously they are now much weaker without him.
meh. he wasn't that crucial to them. i think they can manage without him with their new additions. theres alot less questions now about who needs the ball. sometimes that's exactly what you need. of course tobias and embiid and simmons have to step up too and not be complacent if they got worse, it cant be by much. if you;re losing a jimmy butler, this lineup isn't exactly something to be that disappointed about. for me i like it more without him tbh
Clutchfans collective revenge jinx is going to make Butler go down with some extinct exotic parasitic infection. Just you wait. Even his life may well be in danger.
They need to realistically ask themselves if they can win a title with the Lakers, Jazz, Mavericks and likely the Clippers improved. They can run this group out there and see if something shakes loose in the next 6-8 months but they are approaching a point where they need to rebuild, even if it is not a total rebuild.

Unless you are talking about trading Harden(I dont believe that you are) than there is little we can do. Best we can do at this point is getting more good role players and for Kawhi not to go to the Lakers.
