4th ranked offense in the league is terrible now? Must be listening to Charles Barkley.

not sure we saw the same playoffs then.

clips lost cuz their d was awful. the grizzlies were a 104.9 ortg team in the regular season. in that first round, the clippers allowed the grizz a 114 ortg!! that's a substantial difference and awful defense. the clips maintained their ortg basically (tho it's skewed by g1, but nonetheless, the clips were good enough offensively in 4/6 games). it was their d that disappointed for sure.

Take in consideration that Mark Jackson coaches the Warriors. I'd be surprised if he does take it going against his pupil year after year, but at the same time, he wants to coach. I was hoping JVG gets another crack in Houston.

    Chris Paul is a diva.

If he didn't like VDN, he's not going to like JVG.

We all know how JVG likes more control and doesn't tolerate BS. He'll call CP3 out if necessary, which is something that he struggles with.

But, if the Rockets are looking, bring him back. :)

Actually, IIRC JVG never called T-Mac out.

JVG's players always seem to love him once they've played for him.

Agree with Easy and JuanValdez. Players love JVG, because he never calls them out. Even the Super Bowl-gate with Francis, I believe was mostly coming from Francis when JVG had to fine him for missing a practice...per team policy.

Phil Jackson is the one who calls out players.

JVG probably has the smallest ego out of all great coaches ever.

As much as I love JVG as a commentator he deserves another shot, I hope he takes the job.

Chris Paul did not like VDN because he is a weak leader and not very smart.
