    my wife is about to throw me off the roof of our apt complex, she hates the rockets as much as i love them b/c of how moody and irritated i get watching their games.

    I'm sure my mom will be glad that my dad and I will no longer be yelling at the TV and I won't be screaming empty death threats toward the refs. Probably doesn't help her fall asleep.

    Now that I am in the real world, results don't bother me as much. I don't live and die with the Rockets like I used to.

    Back in 1997 however, man, I was a complete fanatic. I remember when the Rockets nearly blew their big lead in Game 7 vs Seattle, I was flipping out.

    As for Kurt Schilling, that was fake blood they put on his sock to make him look like an hero.

    dude its never over and u guys know it....

    but my wife is a step further......games are screaming sesssions in my living room and she knows this......

    but she sees me on this damn site season in....season out.....preseason.........u name it and that really perplexes/bugs her

    she calls it me "bloggin" on the rockets and calls me a fanatic to all that will listen........pretty emabarrasing....she cant believe i actually reply and type on this board day after day and tries to embarrass me every chance she gets to fam and friends.......LOL

    shes also a dreaded KOBE and Fakers fan and loves to rub it in to me every win they accumulate, so u know its gonna be war and this house will part like the red sea if we get it done tonight!!!!! ;) :D

    I live in Utah so you'd better believe it's changing my behavior - I have to deal with these pansies around here.

    You'd better believe that if we face the Lakers i'm never going to stop hearing about the Jazz-Lakers series compared to ours.

    During game nights I lock myself in my room with my Landry jersey on and my TV blaring. They are my nights of peace and renewing of the soul. :D

    My Girlfriend sometimes is in bad moods after Rockets loss'. She loves basketball :D

    I, on the other hand, do not take it as seriously for a period of time. Im pissed then I get over it. But when our elimination game is here and we are out. It will be a long effect.

    Me and my wife watch the game together, so theres no problems there. The thing I hate is the long boring offseasons. So I'm actually looking forward to a long playoff run. GO ROCKETS!!!!!
