    were all conservative. . . . so she was in a dilemma

    Women are choosing to be alone than with mean/abusive men because they now can support themselves without the man. Before now, being alone was not an option.

    I expect there to be more divergence in the political leanings of men and women beyond a binary liberal conservative spectrum but one where men who support the existing patriarchy are at odds with the women who want to dismantle the patriarchy and establish a matriarchal run system. Women are just as mean and violent as men, they’re just physically smaller. In our current society, size does not matter and men are getting lapped in education and the economy.

    This is sort of a weird, dated take. ‘Independent’ women has been a thing since the 1970s, and peaked in the 1980s. Divorce rates support this:

    Matriarchal cultures exist everywhere. Most Latino cultures are matriarchal and momma is the boss.

    As for size being a dominance trait: there’s always going to be an element of that but strong women have been running men ragged for as long as there have been humans.

    Anyway, not sure where this all fits in with the subject. GOP women always seem to have some fugly-ass feature and the men seem to ignore it as long as the ladies are done up like a prom queen. I guess it just reflects the GOP value system of ‘looks’ being more important than actions.
