    The author even knows that we have Christian Wood singular and not Christian Wood plural, unlike the vast majority of this board, but cannot name our coach.

    It's possible that Harden or the Rockets Org wanted Lue but not sure the feeling was mutual. If Rockets' offer was the same or slightly above Clippers, I don't think that would have been enough.

    Lue was lined up for Doc's seat, it was Clipper's org to lose. Unless Rockets significantly overpaid, don't think he was ever coming here.

    IMHO; he's not worth the overpay, clippers is looking like chumps right now losing both home playoff games. Was rooting for them to beat the Mavs, it's a letdown.

    Lue was never worth an average coach's salary. He rode the Lebron halo effect just like Mike Brown, or Luke Walton in Golden State. When will people learn.
