Don't mock the owl now, it may be the coolest of the predatory birds.

Damn, that is a dream property. Sorry y'all have to sell it. Do you really have deer on the property? Do they just come on and off your property through the river bed?

It's the Hill Country, of course there's deer there. And hogs. And turkeys.

Get your **** together. @CometsWin specifically asked about their mode of ingress and egress.

A bunch live on the place, a bunch come and go at will, via every method outside of tunneling. The hogs come and go at will, up and down the river and such.

OK, that's good that you know the intricate nuances and habits of any and all wildlife in half a square mile. Now I feel like you're property representing the property to your buyers.

You can learn a lot just by looking. Game trails, spots where deer like to jump the fences to/from the neighbors, spots where hogs root around, spots where deer bed down at night, get out there before dawn and you'll hear the turkeys wake up and fly down off their roost tree, etc....

I have seen 1 deer swimming across the river. He must have been most mucho horny, he could have walked down the bank about 200 yards and then walked across the river.

Im watching this vid about how the Colorado river is doomed and how so many people will be effected, and it shoots into my head, didn’t brother from CF say he was selling his Colorado river property, perfect time to make a funny

So like always, I came, I failed, and embarrassed

What are you gonna do, most ambitious but least successful CF poster. The effort is there but the execution is truly disgusting

No doubt. They've already destroyed the delta/estuary in the Gulf of California (was the 2nd largest in North America, behind the Mississippi) , the only time the river even reaches the sea is during large El Nino events, maybe once a decade.
