My list in no particular order:
    Knicks
    Hornets
    INdy
    Minnesota
    Portland
    Sacramento
    Orlando
    Wizards

Post Plot: How can the Rockets capitalize on their idiocy?

    Kings
    Knicks
    Nets
Timberwolves (I would have left them out thinking that they had been doing better lately. Then the Gobert trade happened...)

Wizards are at the top as of this moment

last time they won at least 50 games was 1979

since 1980, they have been over .500 just 14 times

they don’t get talked about nearly enough

Kings are right on their heels

I want to put Sacramento in that list, but I'll wait until after this season. I think they make the choices they do because they want the hell out of Sacramento but keep getting stonewalled by the commissioner.

the Knicks have been awful since I was born, minus a little success with Melo
    Kings
    T-Wolves
Wizards made some smart moves identifying Beal and Porter, but havent done anything with it and are always mediocre
IMO Nets just got hit with bad luck.
Orlando seems to only draft PFs

I wouldn't put Portland in that category, they are as generally competitive team.

The rest of them have been completely inept for like a decade+

I'd add Detroit to that list too and probably Brooklyn

I think the Lakers and Knicks are guilty of buying their own BS. Knicks FO assumes if they get one big name they can attract a superteam. The Lakers FO thinks that they can flip Westbrook and a bench player for an allstar guard just because theyre the Lakers.

Crazy how quick things change. 3 years ago Id say the Pelicans and Grizzlies were idiots; nor did I think the Cavs backcourt would pan out.

How do you not put the spurs? Traded Kawhi, a top 3 player in the league for nothing just to spite him and not send him to LA, then every year since just aimed for the playin game which is the worst place you can possibly be. The Murray trade was very solid but every move except for that have been horrific for years.

also the melo trade was an unforced error. If they waited after the deadline they would have been running 7 seconds or less with Amare Melo and Chandler/Galinari plus an inshape and motivated Fatty Felton

Firing Gersson Rosas from the Timberwolves was just Dumb.

Trading for Rudy Gobert for 5 Picks with Swap is even Worse.

That Franchise will go Downhill after this years Playoffs.

Alex Rodriguez being the Owner is Hilarious

Lol why did op say indiana and portland?

They arent dumb. Theyre just small markets

On the other side the Knicks arent the worst franchise ever like people like to make them out to be. They are just the largest market and heavily scrutinized
