    There has been talk for years that Nolan Ryan would run for some state office (like Railroad Commission or something), but he's never gone through with it.

    I can't imagine he'd be any worse as a Governor than the people we've been electing to the job.

    First choice...Gene Kranz from NASA and Mission Control cause he's majorly outspoken and a hard ass who gets the job done. My father worked with him and I've run into him. The man has a commanding presence and is loud.

    Second choice....Madeleine Stowe or her husband Brian Benben.

    Third choice would be Sandra Bullock.

    Stone Cold would be hilarious! I wouldn't actually vote for him unless there is just no one else good running, but he'd be so funny in a position like that.
