going to sound like a dumb question...but where can i buy a shoulder strap for a duffle bag/laptop bag. just the shoulder strap, preferably a decent/padded one. talking the major chain stores, i'd prefer to go buy one today rather than order online.
^^^ what he said. in the galleria, kinda sorta across from the second floor portion of zara (a couple of stores down but still across), there is a luggage store that has a lot of rimowa stuff in there window storefront. pretty sure i've seen some straps in here.
