When did you first realize this was a sinking ship?

Harden seems to be hurt again or has some kind of severe depression... He's lost more than just a step but is less explosive in all aspects. This makes him less then a good player.. He had 10 turnovers or more against the Hornets while shooting a horrible percentage from 3 which negates any good he brought to the table...

 

It's funny seeing the comments on here, they're so bipolar. But did everybody really think that small ball would always work? It's a gimmick style that obviously has flaws in it. It's gonna have it's ups and downs, just like this thread.
