I *have* to wear glasses. (Can't stand using contacts.) For some reason I'm slightly annoyed that people are faking the same limitations I have just for image reasons.

It's irrational, I know.

I do find it strange that wearing glasses and dressing weird is the 'in' thing now. Totally opposite from 10-20 yrs ago.

Wearing glasses when not really needing them is okay to me, but why these big and ugly ones? You don't seem smarter or more attractive with them.
