What's the definition of compromise in a relationship?

As an old-fashioned geezer, I'm perplexed and don't mean to throw cold water, but...

You purchased a house with someone with whom you have no legal relationship?

Seems like I remember a thread or two on this very forum where this type of situation ended badly.

Some would even say that you haven't completed the compromise until you let him spank you.

 

In Texas, marriage imparts legal protections through community property. If you were in the early stages of a relationship, I would say it was a big mistake to purchase a home, but after four years you should be ready. Congratulations on your marriage.

You do realize that after you live together for 6 months, you are married; at least legally.

And that means HALF.
