    manny, i know it sucks. and having kids involved makes it worse. all i have to say is for a little while in 06 and a few months in 07, i thought i'd never be happy again, but i ended up in the best relationship i could've ever imagined. get your help, keep your head up and things will get better.

    You realize of course that this thread is going to be biased in terms of experiences? I don't think many people are going to reply and say "Gee Manny, that's tough. I've been married 9 years now and everything's going great for me! Sucks to be you!"

    I am not one to encourage or discourage marriage to anybody I don't personally know very well but just realize the selection bias here.
