Tyrod Taylor would be the second coming of Russell Wilson under any other head coach with an ounce of a offensive football iq But hes stuck with rex ryan, who has ruined countless african-american qbs for the sake of improving his run game and controlling clock. The guy would turn Cam Newton into Vince Young Rex's offense philosphy is stuck in the 1950's, he doesnt the first thing how to use a qb like tyrod
That was a good game. Chippy, deep gambles from both sides, Forte dominating, and a Greg Salas sighting of all people. Enunwa looked amazing in the first half, midlevel catches in traffic, and creating from dump offs.
Rex has skins on the wall. Rob is probably getting jobs more due to the family name than his actual performance. Most people forget Rex's role with the Ravens prior to taking over the Jets. That being said, most coaches do have to pay additional dues as a coordinator again prior to getting another head coaching gig.
The Bills GM is garbage. Rex tied himself to the wrong boat. It started sinking when they extended Tyrod Taylor. Eww
Guys, I like Fitz a lot but don't let one game fool you. Remember his three consecutive 4th quarter interceptions against the Bills in the final week last year cost them the playoffs. This game doesn't make up for that by a longshot.
Rob Ryan has been coasting on his daddy's name for too long and Rex isn't far behind. Rob Ryan should be coaching youth football. His schemes are horse****. He's never been a good DC.
To be fair, losing a game doesn't cost them the playoffs. They could have won one more game somewhere else in their season, but they didn't. And speaking of their season, they went 10-6, which usually gets you into the playoffs. Not trying to defend Fitzpatrick, but he's not the scrub that the Sanchezs and RG3s are.
I didn't say or imply Fitz was a scrub. That would be silly. But with the season on the line, he flamed out in spectacular fashion. He got them a win yesterday they had to have. I hope the Jets make the playoffs as a wild card (assuming the Texans win their division)
