Panning out for the Rockets means the Rockets have beaten GSW and are in the WCF against a DENVER team that has a slim chance of beating the Rockets.. YES beating GSW is panning out.. I'm not sure why this is so confusing.
Every team other than the Warriors has a slim chance of beating the Rockets. I am confused by people thinking who we face in the playoffs is relevant. If we beat GS, we have a very, very good chance of going to the Finals. If we don't, does it really matter?
It's funny some on Clucthfans have adopted this way of thinking all of sudden. Rockets should have tanked for the 8th seed so the Rockets could have faced GSW even earlier.
Denver moved Torrey Craig to the starting line up. Why ? Because rebounding and points in the paint ain't easy:/ Jokic and nuggets running that point forward which ok if you got rebounding. Shid u can do whatever u want with rebounding.
White is averaging 23 on 69% shooting for the series and is a plus defender. Mills is valuable only as a spark plug off the bench, he plays with energy and is a great off ball shooter but he's limited by the fact that he doesn't have notable point guard skills (ball handling, facilitating) and he's extremely undersized for a shooting guard at 5'11.
I just don't trust the Nuggets here. I can easily see the Spurs winning the next 2 games in this series.
I guess this answers the question of "is Scott Foster suspended?"....nope - he is still coaching NBA playoff games. I would be willing to bet money that he refs a Rockets/Warriors game.
