And likely not the first time, either.

Thanks for starting a thread. I posted this in the Trump/Russia thread previously.

Now of all the "scandal a day" stuff that has been talked about, this one is a bit interesting, or rather it could be. Crazy that the best we could do when it came for presidential candidates were 2 people unworthy of trusting with classified information. SMH. Oh well, hopefully the country learns it's lesson.

I'd say this is a pretty big deal. If you are Republican who tore Hillary down because of her emails that "might" have put classified info at risk and you don't condone this than you are a complete partisan hack.

This, more than anything he does/says, infuriates me the most. Give an effort, you fat slob.

As president, I guess he gets to do that. But, I get the feeling he didn't do it as a strategic element of a master plan, but instead just didn't know any better.

How big of deal is it tho? It might be nothing. I'm sorry I don't trust the source of this story. Who is this intelligence official? Might be a guy with an agenda who's making this to be a bigger deal that it's actually is. Was he a Obama appointee?

He's impulsive. He has no doubt been given instructions and talking points. He just ignores them.

    For ****'s sake.

How can any American be ok with this? The President, who spent over a year riling crowds up to the tune of "Lock her up!", just shared top-secret intelligence with foreign adversaries in the Oval Office. Where are our "law and order" conservatives? Where are our "strong national defense" Republicans? Show yourselves.

Do people who are in a cult realize they are in a cult before they drink the cool aid?

For reference the WAPO on one of their stories the other day had THIRTY sources INSIDE the White House.

If this is faked than the WAPO will go from one of the most respected publications on the verge of their best subscriber year ever to completely irrelevant overnight likely with lawsuits that could bankrupt them. If you think they are going on a limb here in desperation for clicks you are a bigger idiot that I originally thought.

Oh, it won't matter... the Trump supporters here and else where are programmed to justify and accept whatever he says or does. Excuses will be given, including blaming those that opposed Trump.

President Trump is under a microscope. Everything he does gets scrutinized by the press and then it gets blown out of proportion. I'll wait and see how big of deal this actually is again it could be non issue.

naw, I just realize the man has a target on his back. You have to take every news with a grain of salt. If you think news even Washington Post isn't agenda driven then you're foolish.

"Microscope"? Microsocopes are used to look at very small things. So what very small thing(s) does Trump have? :D

Maybe this is really why Trump wants to stop having daily press conferences...

I guess you don't have to hack emails when you got a dummy in office you can just ask about classified information to. He gave intel on terrorism in Syria knowing Russia has a different agenda there than the U.S. That's some smart politicking right there.

Here we go with the typical leftist nonsense.

One can argue whether Trump should or should not have shared the information. Nobody here knows the scope of the information. We are not at war with Russia. We share classified information with other nations often.

There is no comparison to Hillarys email incident. Hillary was negligent and let the information get out to people who it was not intended for. This only further illustrates the left has no clue about this subject.

perhaps that explains why the meeting between the useful idiot and Ambassador Sergey Kislyak was closed to US media.
