AOC has yet to serve as an elected representative of government.
AOC campaigned for someone who claimed to be 'democratic socialist', yet reference 'social democratic' nations as implemented examples of his ideology.
AOC claims to be a democratic socialist.
AOC already has the makings of Marxist rhetoric in her speeches, commentary, and analysis.

AOC is super left-wing and has some pretty radical ideas so its in the GOP's interest to portray/demonize the Democratic party though her. "Look how crazy the left has gotten they have members of congress who believes in x,y and z."

If/when there is a GOP congressman taking extreme positions the left will focus in on that person too. "Look how crazy the right is they have a congressman who believes in x,y and z. "

Both sides will try and focus on the most extreme members of either party and paint the other party in the most extreme/negative light they can.

Her most touted "radical" idea is a complete overhaul of our camapign financing and ending corporate legal bribing of our politicians. Her problem isn't her "radical ideas". It's her lack of experience and naivness.

That is a radical "left position". You would hope it would a position held by all working class conservatives, but corporate GOP politicians have spammed enough propaganda where the working class conservative voter sees thar sort of activism as radical left wing activism.

Radical right wing ideas want to fight "white genocide" in America.

 

Why is it Republicans always focus on Democrat women?

I mean, I can make a hypothesis, but does anybody want to suggest a non-Freudian reason?

 

Single payer health care
Mandatory jobs and/or wages
Federally funded college

Ha, it was one time and it was spelling. I couldn't let someone go through life spelling rebuttal like that even if I disagree with their politics.

 

My my point is her "radical" ideas aren't out of hatred of others, division etc.

It's out of idealism. All those things you listed out be great things if there were pragmatic ways to implement them.

Sadly, I'm not sure there's a pragmatic way to enact campaign finance reform, needing both parties to agree and all.

 

They call them the terrible twos for a reason.
