    He's been doing this all year in the GLeague, literally he's been doing that step-back... I love/hate watching him play well since his status is so questionable next year, but I want him back pretty badly, and his play seems to warrant the full extent of what we can offer... Gonna be tough.

    ...but there are two u's...

    ...and the i and the u in Junior cancel out...unless you just want sidestep this problem entirely by using the abbreviation Jr."

    I was never good at motivating people.
