USA Today] Texans talking trade with Bills for Henry

There are four teams still talking trade with Buffalo for TB Travis Henry and none of them are the Houston Texans, a team that I incorrectly mentioned in the past.

thats too many RBs on the roster and a lot of wasted high draft choices (especially hollings)

Davis and Wells were both 4th round picks. Hollings and Morency were both 2nd round picks, right? Do 4th round picks count as a high draft choice?
