Odds increased after the draft, for sure. Anderson is good when he is "on."

 

Interesting that we fired everyone.

Which TE is out?

2 current on team and drafted 2. Not likely to keep 4.

I think it is between Anderson and Jordan 3rd pick.

The 6th rounded will make it on size alone, unless he is just bad at everything.

 

I would think Anderson is a pretty extreme long shot to make the roster.

 

Special teams will probably be the deciding factor.

 

They fired a secretary and an intern. Are you ****ing kidding me?

 

I'm sure Gaine evaluated them and decided he wanted to start fresh, wouldn't think it uncommon to want your folks in the positions that are very important to your and the team's future. I actually think it was a very wise move to retain them through the draft and by letting them go now they have time to look for new jobs before the next season for scouts start.

 

I'm not sure we're finished at TE yet. While I like Jordan Thomas he may have to be a practice squad guy or get a convenient injury to spend the year developing his body and game for the NFL. That means we still need a blocking TE and someone like Marcedes Lewis could be very valuable on this team.

 

Just in case this draft turns out to be shat, no one will be held accountable
