Reason for the delay is a possible JJ Watt return. If it happens, they would need to shuffle some prime time slots.

I think if JJ doesn't at least attempt a comeback he'll regret it forever. This is basically his last chance and the Texans could legitimately be a Super Bowl team.
I like to see former players in the front office, but not in an either/or situation. I like someone who is a fully capable FO guy, independent of their player history, but who can add that element to their resume.
They finally announced the schedule release date.for next Wednesday, a week later than the past few years. Now I await the TIME (edit - 7 PM Central of course). Prime time over/under is very dependent on which games you consider prime time since several can go either way. My initial prediction for the season is a strong pre-season because of the outstanding depth we accumulated this past off season. The HOF and 3 Pre -Season games might be sweeps as really good players are just trying to make the opening day roster. I'm not sure how many people realize how many players could be great which are not even considered starters right now. There are any number who have Pro Bowl potential who just haven't shown it yet. Some because of injury, some because of situation and some just because this staff can get the most out of them. Who will be this year's Niko or Dell or Greenard or Stingley? They are here already, but still in the cocoon.
