Uncontested Divorce question

    My friend is looking for the best(cheapest) way to divorce from her husband. There are no kids, property, or financial issues as they have been separated for years and are just looking to sign some papers and get it over with.

    Is a site like texasdivorceonline.com a legitimate option? Paying $149 and filling out some paperwork sounds right up their alley.

    Anyone have any experience with this?

    If (and this is a big if) it's as clear cut as you say, and both are fine with it, one can just go to the court house and get the paperwork and cut out the middle man website add-on fees.

    I used that site. I'm sure I could've filled out the paperwork myself but it doesn't cost much to just pay them and make sure it's all correct.

    Divorce is emotional hell but at least it doesn't have to cost much when you have no kids/property. wishing for the best for your friend.
