Tonight was one of the best nights of college basketball I've seen in a long time. First, Florida State came back from a 20 point first half deficit to beat UNC at home in OT. The Seminoles trailed the entire game except when they tied the game on a last second 3 at the end of regulation. Then they dominated the Heels in OT. Then, the Richmond Spiders of the A-10 went into Fogg Allen Fieldhouse and snapped Kansas's 52 game home winning streak against non conference opponents 69-68 on a buzzer beater. No outside shooting as usual did the Jayhawks in, plus missed free throws by Miles and Langford didn't help. There's plenty of madness in college basketball and it's not even March. This year's big dance should be something to behold, if this year's parity is any indication.
i missed the second game..the Kansas game...because i was watching BASEBALL TONIGHT!!! Which was great, by the way... but my son and I caught the Fla St. game...that was amazing. talk about clutch 3 pointers down the stretch.
