No, I think it’s gov, but only reserved for the very top secret kind of stuff. It has no connection to the outside and can’t be transmitted even over secure line, apparently. If the conv with the Ukraine was so top secret, and it’s not, we would have never seen even a rough translated transcript of it. The moving of the real transcript away from the typical storage (where these are normally stored) to this sever indicates an intended cover up. This and a few other phone conversation were reportedly moved there. The others were with the Saudi prince and with the Russian. It indicate the WH selected a few that they likely saw potential criminal activities and stacked them away and limit access to a few (very loyal) people.

The "pressure" is Russians occupying Ukraine sovereign territory as well as aiding and abetting a civil war in their East. That's existential pressure for Ukrainians. Literally life and death, war or peace, sovereignty or capitulation. The pressure is there, you don't have to say it explicitly. Trump's implied threat was withholding vital aid until Ukraine yielded information Trump intended to use as campaign dirt. Yes that is what Trump said while also explaining that he wanted them to cut down on corruption, mentioned Joe Biden by name and also about how much money they can get from the US. That is what Trump admitted to. The fact that he also said he put no pressure on them only shows he's a liar.
