Drew Henson has gone from a .197 batting average to a .241 batting average, with 6 HR's & 24 RBI's, since the NFL draft. He's even got more hits than strikeouts now. Oh well, let's hope that he can find that strikeout swing again, or the Texans will have lost their gamble. http://newyork.yankees.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/minorleagues/team_stats.jsp?c_id=nyy&minor_id=INTLCOL
no such thing as a gamble when you're dealing with sixth round picks. i would guess the likelihood of the texans turning henson into something productive is about on par with a sixth rounder making an impact on the team. IOW, no big loss if he stays in baseball.
