i'm glad they both came out ok.
lmao no way mike can fight an actual legitimate hw. he was already being beat up by bums 20yr ago.

and what would be the point in seeing him fight semi pro guys?

Hes doing it for charity. The most remarkable thing about him coming back is how humble he is and how he has evolved as a human being. You don't have to judge how he would fare against current competition. The fighter that was getting beat by bums had no spark and was clearly crippled by things outside of the ring. He seems to have found a way to be passionate about it again while helping others.

Personally, I was entertained by the fight and would watch him again. In a world where elite fighters only box once per year and rarely fight one another, it was a breathe of fresh air to see something different.

If that freak show actually got 1.2 million buys then boxing is dead. Errol Spence is fighting tonight in the second biggest fight of the year and no one gives a ****.

Tyson is still a huge name.

Spence vs garcia is not a great fight. Garcia isn't even anywhere close to the p4p list nor is he one of the top 4 welterweight.

Spence should be fighting Crawford. That's the top 2 in the division and both are top 5-7 on every p4p list.

If those two don't fight, fans should boycott spence and crawford's future ppvs

Danny Garcia is an elite welterweight and a crazy opponent for Errol Spence to come back on from an insane car accident.

Loma was on ESPN at the #1 P4P and got 3 million VIEWS, not 1.4 million buys.

Tyson isn't a top heavyweight, a top P4P or anything.

Don't disagree with anything you stated. Loma great as he was, was never a p4p star. Nor was timo. Or spence or garcia.

The top 4 welterweights only the 43 year old Pacquiao is a draw and a star and while I love the guy, dude is ancient.

Only other draws/stars left in boxing is canelo. Maybe tank and timo has a chance.

Boxing isn't dead but it's become a fringe sport the past decade because they no longer produce stars. And one of the reasons is that the best and most interesting matches never happens or happens 6 years too late.

Your right, Spence vs garcia is a good match for a comeback fight. But fans have wanted spence vs crawford and likely aren't getting it.
