    So this past weekend I entered beltway 8 at 2:30 am with the intention of paying cash. Well, apparently no one mans the exit toll booth at that time of night so I just drove through it. How am I supposed to pay? Should I expect to be be fined?

    J/k: I think if the car is correctly registered in your name, you should get a bill mailed to the address it's under. You can probably dispute any penalties if you call and explain it that way.
