It sucks. Everyone, I'm sure, initially assumed it was a black guy riled up by BLM. I had. I wonder what this guy's story will turn out to be.
It's a white guy. I mean, the dead giveaway should have been when they said it happened in Iowa, there's like 5 black people in that whole state. No way it was one of them.
who self identifies as a black guy. He had no choice but to stand up for his peoples and to explore a 2nd amendment solution.
They've arrested someone and the mug shot casts some doubt on that theory. But who knows? Could be a white guy riled up by BLM. Could be a lot of things.
there's already a couple of photos of him with a confederate flag and a swastika arm band floating around the web.
Video of cop killer claiming he was denied his constitutional right by being kicked out of high school stadium for waving confederate flag in front of black students.
http://www.cnn.com/2016/11/02/us/iowa-police-shooting/ Urbandale police had asked Greene to leave a high school football game about two weeks ago, prompting him to complain that police were infringing on his rights, McCarty told reporters Wednesday morning. Greene was asked to leave after he waved a Confederate flag in front of "people of color" during the national anthem, and other people complained it was offensive, McCarty said. — Urbandale Police (@UrbandalePolice) November 2, 2016 "He said he was invoking his First Amendment rights, and we were trampling on them," McCarty said. Greene left school property but used public sidewalks to "continue his demonstration," McCarty said. Police warned Greene to "cease and desist," and he afterward was negotiating with the school about when he'd be permitted at the school, which his daughter attends, the chief said. Greene is white, as were Martin and Beminio, police said.
I actually kind of had to stop at 0:25 when the cop said he was on "private" property at a school. Is this a public school and a county/district stadium?
(I've said before) Anti-Cop rhetoric and resentment has LONG been prominent and on the rise by mostly White voices, wel before BLM. "Cop Block" for example is NOT a black run group, though its message is very similar to BLM's police message. BLM gets critique because it singularly identifies itself to 1 race, and includes broader range of any injustice to the 1 race. Just focus on the "Police" part and its almost a multi-race issue under different names. And unfortunately there are jackasses and crazies in all races
