Why not group all his cloud of dirty deeds, suspicious activity, lawsuits, and Investigations in a thread that will surely never end? I'll start with these two stories to follow.

Trump doesn't grift because he doesn't accept his presidential salary. Such a good guy. Obama didn't forgo his presidential salary.
Trump Has a Half Billion in Loans Coming Due. They May Be His Biggest Conflict of Interest Yet. https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2020/06/donald-trump-loans-deutsche-bank/
I'm sure most politicians profit to some extent, but Trump's shady dealings compared to Obama is like comparing a mountain to a molehill. Did you read that article? His nastiness and con jobs are common practice. The fake family crest was a joke, and his attempt to bully landowners out of their homes was scrupulous and self serving typical Trump style. He'd step over anybody to get what he wants, and not think twice about doing it.
Many politicians make money off of books, speaking tours, corporate board positions and lobbyist. Many of those are problematic but Trump has taken this to a new level. Nearly every modern President has divested themselves or put their holdings into a blind trust. Trump while claiming he doesn't run his business, he put it into Don Jr.'s hands. Hasn't divested himself and further as a private business isn't legally required to share information about it's operations like publicly held companies. Further he's put his daughter in son in law into high positions in the Administration. There is a pattern of Administration actions that do appear to directly benefit Trump and Kushner family businesses. While Trump, Ivanka and Jared Kushner have said they don't accept a government salary that pales in comparison to the millions that are taken in by their family businesses either from government policies that favor them, people looking to curry favor with them, or directly from the US taxpayer as Secret Service and other staff charged by Trump properties when he goes to golf.
