    He rescinded an executive order Obama signed which would lower the fees that can be charged for FHA loan mortgage insurance. It was to start January 27.

    Not to defend Dumbo, but that was a BS exec order anyway. Reportedly it was put in place by Obama in early Jan. It clearly wasn't a priority for him over the last 8 years. It isn't that much of a "loss" to take it away
