    i've been in the milburn, the rooms are functional, but certainly clean, and a bit bigger than comfort inn or on the ave. it's also on a quite side street, which is a plus. easy walk to the subway, zabars, around the corner from fairway and citerella, and close to the natural history museum. your son will love the planetarium. you can walk to riverside and central parks.
