    Lol, what? You can't be defending assault with "boys will be boys." He's 18 now, the time for family discipline has come and gone. Not a little boy anymore.

    The video was likely the damning evidence in the case as well as the contact with the victim after the events occurred. Like I said, I feel no sympathy for the young man. We'll see what happens in 180 days.
