7. Silas wants to go somewhere else, doesn't want to look like a quitter by quitting. So, he is daring TIlman to fire him so Tilman has to be the bad guy. Problem is, TIlman doesn't have the cojones to pay two coaches, so it's a game of chicken of who budges first.


Ok I made all this up .But I actually had a job like this couple yrs ago and it went on for over 1.5 yrs of my boss (tilman) threatening to fire me and hopeing the threats would scare me enuff to quit, but wouldn't fire me cuz she was scared of fireing a gay man(Silas/black), and me purposely acting up hoping she would fire me(Silas starting house)

Finally we figured out that neither would fold,we got into a heated exchange hopeing to hurt the others feelings(Silas losing on purpose,not playing sengun to piss off tilman) and I said "f this"(rhymes with tuck) to her and asked for a transfer

She tried real hard to corporate(Adam silver) to stop the transfer.. even using the drug card to get me fired(Silas does smile alot). .. corporate took my side (Silas) and I got approved the same day to another boss(Knicks)

His line-up yesterday felt more like he was desperately trying to scrape out a win so he played all the veterans.

I mean, the average age of last night's lineup was 29 if you took out Green and anyone that played fewer than 15 minutes. Sengun, Nwaba and Brooks all with 5 minutes of play time each which would make one think there was garbage time (there wasn't). It honestly looked like he was throwing everything on the court to see what had immediate results, and defaulted back to his veterans when none of the random lineups he was throwing out generated results.

 

There is really no need for such detailed analysis. Silas is a loser. That's just the problem.

 

I think we should bring in Javaris Crittenton to clean things up

He’ll definitely straighten Johns ass out
