    they are all broke, they are all actual perpetual debtors, unless they got gold/silver coin stashed away somewhere

    But the crazy thing is being in debt in that ent. club is what they call rich, its why Drumpf said he is the King Of Debt, Tilman is the Prince of Debt

    If Amen was playing we would have ran away with this. Without him Detriot has a chance if the pace is slow they can dominate with their bigs.

    they are increasingly rich because they know the difference between good debt and bad debt.

    If your appreciation rate is greater than your interest rate then you are winning regardless of nearly all other factors

    Debt is debt, the more you are in debt the more richer you appear to be which is why those debtors recklessly spend like they do

    those who are truly wealthy are not on the Forbes list, true wealth/money is what those like Queen Califa and Mansa Musa had, which was hordes of gold (supreme paramount Creditor)

    People are poor because of this way of thinking. Not much difference between this financial mindset, and the bad debt accumulation of most people. It’s wrong, it’s provably wrong and the fact that people can’t comprehend the difference is an indictment of our education system.
