Is the coverage this big because tiger's transgressions involve white women like jack johnson? Is the coverage this big because because tiger is a global figure? I disagree. I think if Tiger were married to a person of color and all those invlolved were of color, this story wouldn't be nearly as big. Even with the advancements in race relations, the taboo is still black man and white woman.
