New OOTP league, played with OOTP5. You create your own team. Fictional players. You have a fixed level of talent for each team. Each team will have 40 players total. You must have 20 players from 18-30, and 20 from 31-40. You can distribute talents as you see fit. Say, 10 Brilliants, 20 Goods, 30 Averages, 40 Fairs. Market size, etc. will be equalized. Only problem is that I don't know how numerical ratings would be asigned. Maybe there will be an age scale for numerical ratings based on talent ratings.
At first it sounds like a fun idea, creating your own players and all. But that is a lot of work for whomever is the commish, and my opinion may differ from others but comparing OOTP4 to the short OOTP5 sim we did, OOTP4 is a much better and much more owner-friendly game.
