After being a Titans fan for a couple seasons and watching the Ravens D just push the Titans offense around and dominate them, I'm totally shocked at what the Steelers are doing to the Ravens. First that little Zeroue dude running right up the middle through the teeth of the vaunted Ravens D for the touchdown. Then the Steelers FB just flattened Ray Lewis. Then Kordell Stewart blocks Peter Boulware on the trick play and actually frustrates Boulware so much that he gets called for a face mask penalty. I've never seen the Steelers play all year so I'm pretty shocked at what I'm seeing. It's a shame their kicker sucks! Damn Elvis sucks too... DOWN WITH THE RAVENS!
This is a first I have to say. After spending all of my life hating the steelers, and I do mean hate, I find myself actually hoping they win, and not just win, but pound the ravens into submission. The ravens are so damn arrogant; they deserve it!
Pittsburg is winning but you have to remember that Cincy came back and beat them two games ago. They aren't that far ahead...I just want a good game like the one last night.
I'm at work on this beautiful sunday instead of drinking Heinekins and grillin'...but at least I brought the TV from our break room into my office and am watching anyhow! Great to be here!
While I can't stand the Steelers, I guess I am rooting for them as well, because I REALLY can't stand the Ravens, and I don't want them to even get to the Superbowl this season.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: the Steelers are the best team I've seen all season, including the Rams. Miami had a pretty good defense last week, and the Ravens offensive line just created monster holes for the running game. There is nothing there today. The Steelers defense is fantastic. Offensively, even without Bettis, it's hard to stop their running game. The offensive line is so dominant, and they have a great combination of speed and power with all their backs. Kordell's improvement is so remarkable... there have been so many times today where in the past he would've thrown a bad pass. Not today. He's made the smart plays and has got the job done. The one mistake he made forced the Ravens to make an incredible INT, and even then the Ravens couldn't get any points.
The Texans should seriously look into trading for one of these Pittsburgh RBs. They already have Bettis, and the one they call Boo and That guy Amos Zerouwe are both outstanding. Would be a nice pickup.
Raven, Did you read the ESPN magazine article from a couple of weeks ago? They did a mock expansion draft (John Clayton), and they had the Texans taking Amos in the draft. They said that he's definitely a good player, but too expensive for the Steelers to keep as a backup. His play now may be changing some minds, but the possibility is out there. BTW, it's Fu, not Boo.
Loooooovin' you is easy cuz you're beautiful... And everything I thing that I do is out of lovin' you... And every time that we, oooh! LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!! la la la la la la la la la la
That's awesome. I should write for ESPN magazine. That does rule, though. I think Amos will be quite good, and he is the kind of back that will do well even if he doesn't have a great O-line, since he is fast laterally. Screw that Fu, I want Amos.
