Also will be shown on the NFL Network (hopefully).

Prediction: Houston in a rout. GO TEXANS!

I was watching Sportscenter in the morning and they had that segment "Contenders/Pretenders." The dude (I want to say Salisbury?) said the Texans were a contender to get into the playoffs while the Lions and Jags weren't. Just thought it was interesting news...

Will DD be able to play? Seth Payne?

It doesn't matter, Texans win it big!

BTW- Will DC cut his hair if they win this one? Or is it only regular season games?

Im not sure about DD, but I have heard they will keep Payne out until the last preseason game.

Regardless, Texans win this one easy.

Every pre-season game will be on ABC Ch. 13 KTRK except for the last one against Tampa Bay (Sept. 2) which will be on KNWS Ch. 51.

The regular season games will be on CBS Ch. 11 with the exception of two, Oct. 10 against Minnesota will be on FOX 26 and Nov. 21 against Green Bay which will be on ABC 13/ESPN.

Yeah I saw that too. Lions are faking but I think the Jags are just as tough as the Texans. Reggie Williams,Jimmy Smith, and Taylor will be hard to stop this season.

I kinda like Carr's long hair look. I saw a picture of him a couple of days ago when he had the buzz and to be honest I thought he looked kinda gay haha. Besides, the long hair makes him look like the seasoned veteran that he's going to play like this year!

Regardless of if he has short hair or long hair, the guy should have come into the NFL being single. Think of the possibilities.

Imagine the hottness of chicks this dude would pull. Early 20's, millionaire, good looking, QB of an NFL franchise....He missed out!!

Back to football...Yeah, Texans will win. And I think their offense will be top 10 this year.

Does anyone know if the Clay Walker song is available on the Texans site somewhere? I sure as hell can't find it anywhere else... Didn't they have it available last year for download when they had the Clay Walker vs HS Band vote on the site?

Well, finally. Another Texans game is just around the corner. Even though it is another preseason game. I CAN'T WAIT! TOo bad there is no cable connection in this house. So I can't flip back in forth from the Astros and Texans game.

    Let's go Texans!

Yeah he said he will cut his hair if they win 2 in the regular season becuase that was one of his goals.

On being married, the texans actually like that aspect of him when they were deciding who to draft. They liked that he was family orientated already and established. They didn't need a QB that would go and party and get trashed having fun and not lead the team.

    Good choice by the Texans.
