Texans problem with the running game

    Lundy needs to be back in a Texans uni...he can actually create a burst of speed through a hole.

    I heard the same thing on 610 this morning. They say he cant pick up the blitz very well and at this point in time I would rather have Schawb protected than have the chance that this kid could run better than the other 2 backs.

    Agree completely. Dayne makes one move - he goes forward. And hey, that's not necessarily a bad thing when you can plow through, but that's not always going to work with Dayne.

    The thing about Dayne is that it takes him 4 or 5 steps to fully accelerate, and be able to plow through defenders. Good power backs need to be able to do that with 2 to 3 steps if they are to power through the line of scrimmage.
