Hey if you guys are happy, I'm happy. Anyone know his offensive scheme? Power run vs zbs? More run oriented vs pass?
I can't wait to find out about his staff. I am really hoping for a top shelf 3-4 defensive coordinator. Romeo, Ray Horton, Mike Zimmer... I hope we can pull someone with some heft. Coming to Houston should be dream for any DC. Talent to work with and a lot of job security.
More power run, up tempo, pass oriented, likes two tight end sets, believes in adjusting offensive game plan to beat his opponent vs. running a scheme no matter who he plays.

Bill O'Brien is a Bill Cowher type, so everyone who has wanted them to hire Cowher in the past should be happy. He is fiery, demands accountability, gets in his players' faces, etc. I don't know if he'll succeed as a coach, but there won't be anymore of this "aw shucks y'all, battle fight to the end!" mentality.
Love the hire! I really think he will make a big difference next season. Of course, whoever we take at #1 overall will make a big impact as well.
Not a great fit, could be a trade possibility to be honest. I don't know if Arian is physical enough for his offense.
Guy reminds me a lot of Bill Cowher, personality-wise. In the right scenario, I could see him sticking around for a Cowher-like tenure. Yes, forever the optimist.
I think Arian will be gone after the coming season. He has been run into the ground, has serious reoccurring health issues and has seen his YPC consistently drop.
I think BOB will want Teddy. Seems like a great fit, he wants a thinking QB he can trust to execute the plan. (As Johnny scores, again)
