What I noticed is that only 6 teams improved on defense. the league is definitely shifting to the offensive.

I agree, but shot selection is a lot more controllable and repeatable than accuracy, where a large component of it is just luck. The fact that we create twice as much extra points off of just shot selection than the 5th place team in the same category is a true testament to the front office/coaches' vision.
Team improvements over last season basically amounts to: Mike Anthony >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Kevin Doofus McFail and BJ Brewerstaff combined
Also, the fact that the Warriors create 3x more than the Rockets on just accuracy is why everyone was so pissed that Durant went to the Warriors.
yeah but the article says that that anyway most playoff teams historically only earned half a point off of accuracy. The difference with the other teams is accuracy. We are top 5 in both categories.
