You gotta admit, despite the deaths and the property damage, if you step back and take it for what it really is...a bunch of people freaking out over cartoons...and now their kids marching and chanting about lynching people...

    its hillarious.

Sounds like something Douglas Adams would write.

    However
We as a country are not too far removed from this.
    60 yrs ago. . . If I .. a black man . . made such a cartoon
depicting white people. . , a derogatory manor
I could easily have been lynched
. . .with the kids watching and folx drinkin lemonade

Hell .. remember. . black men were killed for
    RECKLESS EYE BALLING

I think we need a little perspective . . . when folx feel offended
and they have a crowd to encourage them in unified ignorance
    they are quite dangerous.

We would like to think IT COULD NOT HAPPEN here
    well . . . I guess we are a bit more 'evolved' now. .
but we need to at least try to understand this so we can
    counter it effectively

In a few short years, after being forced to have enormous amounts of buttsex with the brainwashing mullahs that teach at saudi funded militant wahabi madrassahs all across pakistan, these kids will be filled with even more hate, and most of them will cross the LOC in hopes of "freeing" kashmir from india. thankfully, theyll end up like the rest of their jihadi nutjob brothers from pakistan and the rest of the islamic world -- dead.

This is a microcosm with what is wrong with the Middle East today.

Brainwashed people not able to think for themselves.

Their Mullahs, parents, teachers, government, all preach the same garbage, and they grow up hating.

    Isn't that great !

I think these people are simply ignorant and have way too much time on their hands in which to protest because they don't have jobs or education. Instead of blaming your corrupt government for their inept leaders that don't allow free market economies, blame America.
If anything they should be blaming the mullahs for their lack of jobs and for reasons for their economic weakness. If anyone's called tech support or Visa has called them the calls have predominantly come from India. Because Britian ruled India/Pakistan, english is quite prevalent and many countries would invest in Pakistan more if the extremist element wasn't lurking. Can't find a job to feed your family? Blame the extremists! I like that campaign.

But then again, did you see Los Angeles after Rodney King? There were riots and burnings of cars and stores, huge amounts of looting and random violence. This was for a doped up ex-con getting beat by the police that happened to be a certain race.

And you see worse crowds than that do worse damage anytime a professional sports team wins in Detroit.

Yeah, I thought of that after I posted it. I meant Muslim dominated countries, most of which...ARE in the middle east.

Let me rain on the parade one more time. There are more(numerically speaking) Muslim dominated countries in West Africa and Central/South Asia than in the Middle East. I will give you the fact that when someone thinks of Muslim countries, they automatically think of the Middle East though.

When I think of a riot, I think of a Bushmaster. Thank God.

Can you draw a picture of your god holding a gun? That would be cool.
